My ex-landlady mailed me the other day, saying she found some of my shoes which I thought lost. An old pair of hand-painted docs, a pair of really high heels I wore only once (and which I will be selling on ebay soon) and my favourite flats: A discontinued pair of black Underground flats with pink polka-dots and a pink ribbon with little black dots. Joyous day indeed!
I also got my second pair of white flats (the ones I wore to my wedding hardly count, do they?), in a moment of desperate need, because I had to spend 3 days standing and walking around on Sferakon, a science fiction and fantasy convention held here in Zagreb, Croatia.
They had to be something that will match my 3 lovely new dresses from
Coco's retro closet, and I am very glad to say that the purchase was a success!

I wore the strawberry- patterned one to a Medieval festival the weekend before last near Sv. Helena, and the charming Maja Homen took a picture of me and my Basset Hound. Unfortunately, the shoes are not visible
The lovely weather here means I spend a lot more time outdoors, so hopefully I will remember to snap some pictures of my outfits and continue with the shoe challenge.
